I want to talk to you right now about natural antibiotics. I am going to take for granted that most of the women out there are mamas and some of you may still have school age kids, right? Isn’t it humorous how your children get diseased first and then you get sick and it happens all over again primarily during the fall and winter weather seasons? As a dad or mom you really can not do a thing about your little ones being diseased but why does it happen at the most inopportune time? It usually takes place when you have that small business meeting you just can’t miss or you are in the center of an important project. It appears something like this: You get a phone call from the school nurse and you have to drop what you’re doing and go pick them up or you get them up for school and they’re sickened so you have to spend your forenoon positioned in the doctor’s office waiting around to see him or her. Sounds like so much fun!

If there is one thing I understand it is anti-biotics. That is because I promoted one for a leading pharmaceutical company for yrs so I had to be rather informed on my own as well as my competitor’s. When I begun my preparation, I went through a 14 day program in which I had to learn every type of bacteria and the indicators for it. I also had to learn about negative effects and there were many…no drug is ideal! There are some which are more bearable than some othersbut truth be told none of them are completely healthy. They are very unsafe and here is why: all antibiotic drugs derived from labs get rid of the body’s good intestinal flora in the gut. You might be questioning why this is important. Your body’s defense mechanisms is located in your gut and once it is damaged you become susceptible for even more problems. So even though you might be getting alleviation from the present disorder, you’re probably going to get another whammy eventually down the line! I’m hoping you’re not an individual who continuously needs antibiotic drugs and if you are, the very same antibiotic medicine you’re using are causing the issue. Amazing isn’t it? Do not be concerned, you can repair your insides and more importantly, your body’s immune system, and start to use antibiotics which do not have the same effects prescribed drugs do. Wouldn’t that be terrific not only for you but for your little ones? Here are a handful of natural anti-biotics that do more good than harmful things:

1. Colloidal Silver – Once used to treat every thing from minor colds to skin infections it came under fire in the 1940′s by the Federal Drug Administration as being hazardous. The Food drug administration actually prohibited it because it posed a danger to the antibiotics industry but it has made a solid come back. Apparently, the banning has been resolved as Curad is now using it in their new bandages. Isn’t that interesting?

2. Onions – Oh Yes, the onion you have in your fridge that you are using to give your meals more flavor has powerful bacteriostatic properties. While researching this, I discovered some incredible tales of onions being used as an anti-biotic. One of the tales detailed putting an onion by a person’s bed and by early morning the onion was darkish and the person was healed. The onion had actually soaked up the microorganisms! There was also a story of putting the onion on the bottom of the sick person’s foot and the exact same thing happened!

3. Garlic – Yep,this is another thing we use to flavor| food that you have just waiting around the household. Garlic herb has been used in HIV sufferers with extraordinary outcomes. It has over 40 antibacterial properties which is ideal for treating the respiratory tract. It can be used both internally and externally.

4. Bee Propolis – Propolis is made of the following ingredients: beeswax, tree resin, salivary secretions, pollen, and amino acids. It’s very good for curing irritation, flu, and ulcerations. Propolis has good results for streptococcus bacterium and MRSA otherwise known as Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus. Be mindful with this one if you are sensitive to bees.

5. Oregano Oil – In reality, this is very good for joint disease as I used it for my knee joints a long time ago. As an bacteriostatic, oregano oil can be used to manage asthma, sinus flare ups, acne breakouts, and irritated throat. It consists of over 50 ingredients which have anti-microbial properties. The oil is made up of carvacrol which is a phenol that has strong antiseptic capabilities. Keep in mind this has to be the medicinal formula which goes through an entirely different processing than the oregano you find in your kitchen cupboard.

6. Coconut Oil – I love coconut oil! It’s a multi-use oil you can use for baking and taking inwardly. It is also has strong antibiotic and antiviral properties. It contains lauric acid which when converted to monolaurin in the human body, gets rid of herpes, flu, and measles.

Extra – Thieves Blend! Thieves what? Thieves is an essential oil combination of rosemary, clove, and other oils. It is called thieves because during the bubonic plaque of the 15th centennial in France crooks would cover up themselves in the oil to protect themselves from bacterium while they robbed people. This is a awesome antibiotic to use with kids as it can be taken orally and kills 99.6% of airborne germs. It can also be used as a hand wash and can be sprayed in the air to eliminate bacteria in the home and office. Wish I had this when I was in corporate America!!!

As you may know by now, I’m a huge follower in doing things naturally. I think it’s the only method to protect me and the folks I really love using natural rememdies safe from dangerous side effects. Oh Yes, I realize some people today think the drug companies have the best intentions and that may very well be the situation. For myselfand for those I care about, I will always use what’s purely natural first before trying to find other means as mother nature seems to know what is most beneficial and that definitely goes for natural antibiotics.
