What’s Causing My Back Pain?
Back pain is becoming much more common and although anyone may, at some time face it. Quite a few factors can increase the risk that you may develop back pain. These risks range from a number of factors, from your job to everyday habits that you’d never think would have an effect on the health of your back.
Middle back pain can become more common with age, but this doesn’t mean must live with it. And it is not just the older generation that is more prone to it, people in mid-life that can suffer from back pain also. This seems to develop more among those less physically fit. When spine supporting muscles are allowed to become weak your spine will not have proper support.
In your 20′s and 30′s, you are more likely to cause your own back pain from playing sports or having an exercise routine that is a bit more strenuous than your back can stand.
Another reason for the onset of mid back pain is from activity which is related to types of work. Having a job that requires straining or lifting particularly when you have to twist your spine can lead to an injury that causes back pain. On the other hand, having an office job where you must sit for long periods during your working day can cause or contribute to back muscle strain.
